Brown Sugar Oatmeal Porridge  Flavorful, healthy quick and easy weekday breakfast. Ingredients 1 cup Milk 1/2 cup Water 1 cup instant Oatmeal 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon ground 1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar   Instructions Grab a pan and add the water and milk. Heat up and pour in your oatmeals, cinnamon powder, and salt. Mix the whole content well. Let the oats cook on the slow heat while stirring all the time. The porridge will thicken and once it’s completely thick it’s done. Pour the porridge into a bowl and sprinkle the brown sugar over the hot porridge. You can sprinkle some cinnamon too if you wish.            Parmesan Roasted Broccoli    Parmesan Roasted Broccoli will be your new favorite vegetable! Roasting broccoli with Parmesan and garlic gives them so much flavor. The bread crumbs gives it that extra crunchy texture. Ingredients 6 cups fresh broccoli florets 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese    Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. In a large bowl add broccoli, olive oil, garlic, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and mix until combined. Pour broccoli onto baking sheet and sprinkle any leftover crumb mixture over the top. Bake on the top rack for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let set 1-2 minutes

Taco Bake Casserole 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix 3/4 cup Sour Cream 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided 3/4 cup Thick & Chunky Salsa 1 Heat oven to 400°F. 2 Prepare Dinner as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, cook meat with taco seasoning as directed on package. 3 Stir sour cream into prepared Dinner. Spoon half the Dinner mixture into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup shredded cheese and remaining Dinner mixture.  Pizza Pasta Casserole Recipe 1 box 12 oz Rotini cooked al dente according to package directions sausage  (crumble as you cook) 1 bag 12 oz chopped frozen onions (Or 1-2 med – large fresh onion chopped) 1 bar 12 oz frozen mushroom slices (optional but highly recommended!!! or 12 oz sliced fresh mushrooms) 6-8 cups fresh spinach ripped into smaller pieces (optional) 1 tsp garlic 1 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes, with juice 2 8 oz tomato sauce 1 Tbsp Garlic salt 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning 2 cups shredded mozzarella 1 package pepperoni( I used about 4 oz) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
